How do I know you received my order?

This one is easy. We will call you to confirm your installation date. Make sure we have your phone number or we will have no way of contacting you.

This depends on the size of the project. For a normal house or project with less than 30 windows usually 2-3 days in advance is plenty of time to get on the schedule. For larger projects it is better to let us know as soon as possible so we can ensure enough manpower is available to complete your project in a timely fashion

For most projects we expect to be done in one day without any problems. There are exceptions. Large projects over 50-60 windows or with unusually large or difficult windows may take longer.

Do you sell windows   

No, we install for many window manufacturers, window outlets, and storefronts that do and to be a vendor of windows as well would be a conflict of interest

Do you install new windows in an existing house

Because of our current customers requesting we open a retrofit division we will be installing retrofit windows in early 2006. Thank you goes out to our customers for making this request and the compliments that go with it for our level of service.
